• Acupuncture  - A component of traditional Chinese medicine based on the belief that living beings have vital energy which is called "Qi." Acupuncture is the practice or procedure that restores balance and/or treats illness by the insertion of needles at specified sites of the body allowing this energy to properly channel through the body.

• Chiropractic -  A system of diagnosis and treatment based on the concept that the nervous system coordinates all of the body's functions, and that disease results from a lack of normal nerve function. Chiropractic employs manipulation and adjustment of body structures, such as the spinal column, so that pressure on nerves coming from the spinal cord due to displacement (subluxation) of a vertebral body may be relieved. Practitioners believe that misalignment and nerve pressure can cause problems not only in the local area, but also at some distance from it.

• Massage - The scientific manipulation of the soft tissues of the body for the purpose of normalizing those tissues. Massage consists of manual techniques that include applying fixed or movable pressure, holding, and/or causing movement of or to the body. It is known to affect the circulation of blood, lymph, reduce muscular tension or flaccidity, affect the nervous system through stimulation or sedation, and enhance tissue healing.

• Facials/Skin Treatments - Relaxing and healing treatments for the face, consisting of a skin evaluation and a holistic customized approach for addressing skin care needs. Treatments offered include Cleansing Facials, Dermafile Facials, Microdermabrasion, Salicylic Peels, Lactic Peels, Glycolic Peels, Alpha-Beta Peels, Eyebrow Shaping and Brow Tinting.
