• Acupuncture - A component of traditional Chinese medicine based on the belief that living beings have vital energy which is called "Qi." Acupuncture is the practice or procedure that restores balance and/or treats illness by the insertion of needles at specified sites of the body allowing this energy to properly channel through the body.

• Massage - The scientific manipulation of the soft tissues of the body for the purpose of normalizing those tissues. Massage consists of manual techniques that include applying fixed or movable pressure, holding, and/or causing movement of or to the body. It is known to affect the circulation of blood, lymph, reduce muscular tension or flaccidity, affect the nervous system through stimulation or sedation, and enhance tissue healing.

• Weight Loss - i spa offers the medically supervised Ideal Protein weight loss program to our clients. The Ideal Protein weight loss method is an easy 3-phase medically designed protocol that helps stabilize the pancreas and blood sugar levels while burning fat and maintaining muscle and other lean tissue. Developed over 25 years ago, it is a safe, drug-free program that we are excited to bring to our facility and patients.

• Psychotherapy - Specialties include marriage and family therapy, addiction, and substance abuse working with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, self-esteem/empowerment, abuse, grief/loss, relationship concerns, trauma, family discord, and stage of life transitions.

• Skin Care - From chemical peels and microdermabrasion to teen facials, the skin care experts and i spa offer the treatments you're looking for to help reveal a new more vibrant you.
